You cannot complete a loft conversion for your property without loft conversion scaffolding or temporary roof scaffolding. We provide all the equipment you need for your redevelopment, including for both residential and commercial purposes.
Loft conversions are great for adding value to your property and creating more space. With the exception of a loft conversion in a conservation or designated area, you don’t need planning permission for loft conversions but there are a few guidelines to follow:
● Terraced houses have a 40 cubic metre volume allowance. This increase to 50 cubic metres for detached and semi-detached houses.
● Your extension must not pass the existing front roof’s slope and must not be higher than the roof.
● Your extension must not overhang the walls, nor can you add a balcony or raised platform.
● All side-facing windows must be obscure glazed.
● Openings must be 1.7 metres above the floor.
We supply high-quality temporary roof scaffolding for your loft conversion. With years of experience installing loft scaffolding on our side, we have all the necessary tools to make your project a complete success. Above all else, we ensure that both workers and customers are safe, no matter how small or large the scaffolding project.
Contact us now to discuss the conversion scaffolding solution for you.
